Rev 8:7-12 | NASB1995 | STEP | The first sounded , and there came hail and fire , mixed with blood , and they were thrown to the earth ; and a third of the earth was burned up, and a third of the trees were burned up, and all the green grass was burned up.

7 The first sounded, and there came ^ahail and fire, mixed with blood, and they were thrown to the earth; and ^ba third of the earth was burned up, and ^ca third of the ^dtrees were burned up, and all the green ^egrass was burned up.

8 The second angel sounded, and something like a great ^fmountain burning with fire was thrown into the sea; and ^ga third of the ^hsea became blood, 9 and ⁱa third of the creatures which were in the sea ^{▼▼ Lit the ones having}and had life, died; and a third of the ^kships were destroyed.

10 The third angel sounded, and a great star ^lfell from heaven, burning like a torch, and it fell on a ^mthird of the rivers and on the ⁿsprings of waters. 11 The name of the star is called Wormwood; and a ^othird of the waters became ^pwormwood, and many men died from the waters, because they were made bitter.

12 The fourth angel sounded, and a ^qthird of the ^rsun and a third of the ^smoon and a ^tthird of the ^ustars were struck, so that a ^vthird of them would be darkened and the day would not shine for a ^wthird of it, and the night in the same way.
